TennisTV – Live Streaming Tennis App Reviews

I bought this App. Tried on both my iPad and iPhone. It has never worked. Got some tech support, which did not solve anything and still they never returned my funds. Give this one a miss.

this app has many, many bugs that will constantly interfere with you watching a game.also, i would have liked to watch on the bigger screen of my ipad but i had to stick with the iphone because thats the device where i did the original subscription and i cant share my account over the iOS devices. im cancelling my subscription.

Will not renew. Crash city, baby!

Worked for a week or two now it does not work at all. No FO nothing. I have cancelled.

First, the app crashes every update to iOS and it takes them months to fix it. Second, there is no grand slam coverage. Third, the latest tournament is blacked out in Germany and USA. Third, separate subscriptions are required on iPad and iPhone. Fourth, it is way overpriced for the reasons mentioned above. They should charge 9.99 for the app flat rate, and provide whatever coverage they are going to provide; or maybe $0.99 a month would be a better rate. I cant even believe the current app rating has two stars.

Whenever I go to watch a live streaming match, it cuts out after 15 seconds. Ive found that if I keep restarting the app, after the fifth crash or so, it plays for maybe 15 minutes before crashing again and restarting the whole process. I was trying to watch the end of the Federer vs. Nadal Indian Wells semifinal, and Federer was serving for the match. Fed walked to the line to serve at match point and... The app crashed and didnt turn back on. Thats just an example of the headaches thus piece of crap causes. Seriously, it just isnt worth it

Ive subscribed to TennisTV for about a year. I watch from the iPad app or web browser on Mac. Either way it is incredibly frustrating. Sometimes the streaming is great. Often it is completely unacceptable. The times Ive watched an entire match without problem would be less than 20% Its infuriating to get engaged in a great match and then have the thing freeze, stutter or become unwatchable. I frequently use speedtest to check my access speed to a nearby server and I can only say the problem lies elsewhere. Im usually watching from Australia but today Im in the USA and I cant even get a 250Kbps stream. In a word - flakey.

Great app, but the latest update is a "non-starter." Get it? Please fix before Shanghai... We pay for this service you know.

Its a great app when it works, which it absolutely doesnt with iOS 7. Hope its fixed soon, but until then it gets a worse rating than shares in the Bluth Company.

Can not watch the hp tour saying geo blocked. Is this not the reason you advertise, to be able to watch tennis not in your TV. You should be sued for making claims. Shame on you blood suckers.

I bought a one month subscription and was quite pleased with the first week. But in the second and third weeks, almost every tournament except WTA Moscow has been geoblocked. So, essentially, even though I paid for a subscription, I cant watch the matches because Im in the US. So, just be aware of the fact that youll have to also pay for a VPN to gain access to the matches. Thats ridiculous, but probably not TennisTVs fault. Other than that, the live matches (that Im not blocked from viewing) stream very well on my iphone. My other complaint is that there is no "on demand" function like there is on the computer.

They make you pay money to stream... There are other apps.

Logged me out. Does not recognize email account. No way to retrieve password. Points me to use PC site, no help there either. Does not "recognize subscription." Poor setup. Wasted 30 minutes trying to sort this, to no avail. Side note: if you choose a taken nickname on this apple feedback form, it kicks you out so you have to rewrite your review. Absolutely horrible.

I purchased on my iPad and signed up for a monthly app subscription. But it wont let me sign in on my iPhone. Only on my iPad. Should be across all devices on my account.

This app needs a lot of work. Too many glitches. It often doesnt recognize ones password. Furthermore when clicking on a Live match it often says Geoblocked or Invalidkey. They got to fix these glitches, it is too frustrating. Really a shame.

I want to check tennis often without hassle, so why do I have to log in each time? So annoying.

Great design! Works very well and gives you live streaming to most tournaments. Only complaint is they dont stream the Slams!

New app wont work on iPad or iPhone!!!! Endless circles of error messages and log in issues. Please sort this out!!!! Hard to justify paying for something I cannot use. Btw I know my account is correct because I can watch it on a desktop.
