Horrible process

Logged me out. Does not recognize email account. No way to retrieve password. Points me to use PC site, no help there either. Does not "recognize subscription." Poor setup. Wasted 30 minutes trying to sort this, to no avail.

Side note: if you choose a taken nickname on this apple feedback form, it kicks you out so you have to rewrite your review. Absolutely horrible.
