Not working anymore

Used to work fine on iPhone 4 iOS 6.1.3 (except for the lack of true "video output", which used to work before the last major makeover on the App interface).

But its not working anymore, even after a reboot on the iPhone. Gonna have to restore the previous version from a Time Machine back up.
