TennisTV – Live Streaming Tennis App Reviews

I am paying 3-months subscription and since they updated I canon access to app live matches. I contact support and I do not get any answer . I am trying to restore app thru iTunes and it is Not working. I got charged in my credit card already and I cannot access to any game. Please fix this or give me money back! I am expecting a Good service if I am PAYING for that. There is not even an email to complain and "live support" NEVER answer the questions.Thanks!

Thats the message I get trying to log on to Tennis TV on my iPad. The non-existent customer service had no answer for me & keeps "dropping connection" as we talk. This is awful & needs to be fixed. I paid for this service!! 5 days without access. Customer service has yet to answer my question as to how will I be compensated for the lost days.

What a worst app which dont even have consistent streaming....dont waste your money...they even raise 100% of their price after you subscribed any package without giving any pre notice....

A update booted out all Apple subscribers who were unable to restore their paid subscriptions. Their customer service said they fixed it at their end and went on to ask me for my Apple ID and password to request a refund from Apple so I could purchase from their site. This company is really bad.

For a subscription based app, this is useless. Cant watch videos in landscape, very little of the screen shows tennis. You are better off going to your browser and logging on

Needs to be able to use the on demand "catch up " feature on both iPhone and iPad, makes no sense why its desktop only, this would garner more subscribers. In addition, for the price, more tournaments need to be included, they need better licensing especially from the WTA, it says no restrictions on WTA premiers yet some arent offered, and although majority of WTA International events are not in the US, they are still blocked from US subscribers! If you want to charge $21 a month, fine, but the above 2 things need to happen.

Since the last update the schedule doesnt show, every time shows a message saying No Info and the streaming is not good as it was before. On iPhone and iPad alike.

I try them out, and the product kept lacking, it took 30mins to watch a 2 mins clip. They wont refund, very bad service.

Never sign up for anything that auto renews after the agreement ends. Doesn’t matter if they tell you up front. There is no reason for any company that cares about their customers to auto renew. It’s to make money, plain and simple. The longer you forget about it the more money they make.

I hate that the app doesnt show the match replays as the site.

Too many bad reviews

This app increased its subscription by 110% overnight. TOO expensive!! Its a robbery.

Tennis tv coverage and commentators are excellent. Unfortunately its quite expensive. Biggest complaint is that the app doest have replays, only live coverage. You have to watch on your computer for replays. -1 star for not explaining how to cancel subscription. You cant do it through their website as per their faq, have to do it via App Store subscriptions.

TennisTV is far superior to the Tennis Channel subscription product for many reasons. The most important is that unlike Tennis Channel Everywhere, you dont need to have a cable subscription to use it. It also is a joint product of the ATP/WTA so you are dealing directly with the source. Finally, TennisTV has less (none) of the annoying, ultimate naming dropping, smug, thinks he knows-it-all, Paul "I coached Pete Sampras & Roger Federer (after they were #1 - and not for long)!!! Anacone. This product is the real must have streaming Tennis TV/Video product!!!!

And best of all, none of the incredibly annoying, exasperating crappy comentary of Paul Anacone.

App hardly ever works. Its expensive, and many matches arent available. Great when it works but the app is unreliable.

Charging for something that is not working as what it suppose to do. Thats a fraud!! Otherwise, why are you not fixing it!!

Too expensive for both monthly and yearly. Not gonna give more than 1 star, I might change my mind if they consider lower the price to $5 a month or $50 per year.

The app worked up until the point where the new iOS update was released, and now it just never launches - its perpetually stuck on the title screen. Ive deleted and reinstalled to no avail.

Please add the ability to cast to Chromecast devices.
